Dr. Leopoldo Sánchez, CHS Director, served as guest editor of the Epiphany 2010 issue of LOGIA on Latin America & U.S. Hispanic Lutheranism. The issue offers summaries in Spanish of articles, book reviews, and Forum pieces. Staff and adjunct faculty of the CHS contributed great content. Thanks to the LOGIA staff for this wonderful opportunity. Copies of the issue can be obtained by calling LOGIA's customer service at 605-887-3145 or by calling us at the Center.
CHS Adjunct Faculty, Rev. Aurelio Magariño, just published a book in Spanish entitled "Justicia en un mundo injusto" (Justice in an Unjust World). Pastor Magariño speaks to the issue of justice (or active righteousness) from a Lutheran angle. Copies of the book can be ordered through Concordia Publishing House (Editorial Concordia). Congratulations Aurelio!
